Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
Handle visitor records, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence, courier packages, and documents.
Assist with basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
Support HR and management with day-to-day office operations as required.
Maintain records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
Pay: ₹9,013.08 - ₹24,823.75 per month
