Roles & Responsibilities: • Generate and identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions. • Convert leads into customers and achieve onboarding targets. • Meet monthly revenue targets and sales objectives. • Conduct presentations and explain products/services to potential clients. • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline effectively. • Follow up with leads and ensure proper customer engagement. • Update customer information and maintain records in CRM systems. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support. • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Submit regular performance reports to management.
