Job Description: Automobile Sales Consultant
Position Title: Sales Consultant – Automotive

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, including specifications, financing options, and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales quotes and finance options; guide customers through the purchase process.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with potential leads, existing customers, and referrals to generate repeat and new business.
- Ensure timely completion of all paperwork, including loan/lease documentation, registration, and insurance.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new vehicle launches.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with multiple vehicle brands (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, etc.) is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
