Commis Chef – South Indian Cuisine
We are looking for a skilled Commis Chef (South Indian Cuisine) with 1–3 years of experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Rasam, Chutneys, Pongal, and other regional specialties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and inventory management.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
