The Senior Presales Executive will be responsible for qualifying, nurturing, and converting inbound leads into scheduled site visits and potential customers. This role requires a consultative approach to understand client requirements and seamless coordination with the Sales and Technical teams to drive conversions.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Real Estate, or Construction Sales.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Experience in handling high-volume inbound leads.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Basic understanding of residential construction processes is preferred.
