Role:
Plan, run & scale paid campaigns on Meta + Google to generate qualified leads for Hegxcorp services. Own daily budget, ROAS & reporting.
Requirements:
1. Skills: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 basics, Excel/Google Sheets
2. Knowledge: Lead gen funnels, landing pages, pixel/GTM setup, A/B testing, audience research
3. Mindset: Data-driven, target-oriented, fast execution + learning
4. Education: Graduate. Freshers with live campaign/portfolio accepted
Responsibilities:
Set up campaigns, monitor CPL/CPA, optimize creatives/ad copies, share daily/weekly performance reports.
