Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality skills tailored for the aviation industry.
- Guide students in customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication skills to meet industry standards.
- Develop and update training modules and materials per the latest hospitality and aviation trends.
- Conduct practical sessions, role-plays, and assessments to enhance student learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Support students in preparing for interviews and placements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in their careers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
