Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Work with MongoDB where required.
- Integrate third-party services such as maps, tracking, payment gateways, and other APIs.
- Develop responsive dashboards and user interfaces.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver new features.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Guide or mentor junior developers when required.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of Full-Stack Development experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on backend development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of React.js
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of Git and version control
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:
- AWS / Cloud Services

Qualifications:
