Business Development Executive (Field Role)
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. This field-based role is ideal for professionals who enjoy meeting clients, building strong business relationships, and representing the company in the market.
This is not a pure sales role. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients, explain company services, assist them through contract signing and registration processes, and ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain company services confidently and professionally
- Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients with contract signing and registration processes
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the internal team
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments
- Identify new business opportunities and market prospects
- Represent the company positively during all client interactions

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Sales, or a similar field role
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings
- Experience in handling client onboarding, documentation, or contract processes will be preferred

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
