We are looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations in a quick service restaurant. This role involves assisting in team supervision, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining service, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise team members during shifts and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
- Handle basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
- Support in achieving store targets and operational goals
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/QSR or hospitality industry
- Basic team handling or supervisory experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
