Location: Pune – Viman Nagar (WFO)
Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced candidates with good communication skills
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 CTC

Shift: Rotational (9 hours working)
Week Off: 2 rotational offs per week
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via voice, chat, and email related to travel bookings (flights, hotels).
Maintain high service quality as per Agoda’s customer service guidelines.
Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
