We are looking for energetic, passionate, and skilled Bartenders to join a leading Premium Restobar in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages to established standards.
Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.
Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar experience.
Recommend beverages and upsell premium products.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the bar.
Monitor inventory and assist with stock control procedures.
Follow all safety, licensing, and company operating standards.
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, restobar, club, or hotel.
Sound knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Experience in premium hospitality establishments will be an advantage.
