We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to own and elevate our brand’s social media presence. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media channels, responsible for developing comprehensive strategies, creating engaging content, and building a vibrant online community.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Content Creation
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Design and implement a cohesive social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook) aligned with overarching business goals.
- Content Production: Concept, shoot, edit, and write high-quality, platform-specific content (including short-form video, copy, and graphics) that resonates with our target audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage a dynamic social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing cadence.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Community Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal, interactive community.
- Influencer & Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to expand organic reach.
- Trend Jacking: Monitor internet culture, memes, and industry trends to position our brand in relevant, real-time conversations.
Analytics & Optimization
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on monthly KPI metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, reach, click-through rates, and conversions).
- A/B Testing: Continuously test new content formats, captions, and posting schedules to optimize channel performance.
Skills & QualificationsRequired Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a B2C, B2B, or agency environment. (A proven track record of growing social accounts is a major plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep, native understanding of current social media algorithms, features, and best practices (e.g., Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn thought leadership).
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Content Creation: Strong hands-on skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Copywriting: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adopt and maintain a distinct brand voice.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data spreadsheets into actionable content insights.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
