- Handle installation and commissioning of solar rooftop projects.
- Supervise site activities and labor teams.
- Ensure project work is completed as per drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor material usage and site inventory.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site updates.
- Ensure safety standards and quality control at site.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues.
- Support testing and commissioning of solar systems.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring.
- Understanding of inverter, battery, and panel installation.
Preferred:
- Experience in rooftop solar projects- 2-3 years
- Knowledge of net metering and commissioning process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
