Job Description
We are seeking a Safety Engineer to oversee safety compliance and implementation at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for installation and maintenance teams, conducting site inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor work-at-height, electrical, lifting, and material handling activities.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by all site personnel.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safe execution of work.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a Safety qualification.
- 2–5 years of site safety experience in installation, maintenance, construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
