We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and dialer operations during the US shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage systems, servers, hardware, software, and user support.
- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, PBX, and VICIdial/dialer systems.
- Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
- Monitor and resolve system, network, and dialer-related issues.
- Ensure smooth IT operations with minimum downtime.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in System/Network Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with VICIdial, VoIP/SIP, networking, Windows, and Linux.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and network management.
- Willingness to work in the US shift is mandatory.
