About the Role
Tera Properties is looking for a creative, energetic and tech-savvy Social Media & AI Content Creator / Video Editor to join our growing real-estate team.
This is a hands-on content creation role for someone who loves Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, AI tools and video editing.
You will be responsible for creating and publishing content daily across our digital platforms and helping us grow our online presence.
We are looking for someone who can create, edit, repurpose and publish content at a high frequency.
What You Will Do
- Manage Tera Properties’ Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social-media platforms.
- Create and publish Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories and posts regularly.
- Edit property videos, Reels, Shorts, talking-head videos and promotional videos.
- Turn one long video/property shoot into multiple pieces of social-media content.
- Create thumbnails, captions, hooks and basic graphics.
- Use AI tools to create scripts, images, videos, captions, voiceovers and other content.
- Research trending Reels, formats, sounds and real-estate content ideas.
- Assist with shooting property videos and social-media content using a smartphone, gimbal or basic equipment.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure there is content ready for publishing.
- Upload and optimise YouTube videos, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails and basic SEO.
- Monitor social-media and YouTube analytics and suggest improvements.
- Continuously experiment with new AI and content-creation tools.
- Help increase followers, reach, engagement and ultimately generate real-estate enquiries.
What We Are Looking For
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media.
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of video editing.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools is an advantage.
- Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI image/video generators.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to work quickly and independently.
- Passion for creating content and following social-media trends.

Salary & Growth
Starting Salary: ₹17,000/month
Salary will increase based on performance, skills and responsibility.
High-performing candidates can grow into a Senior Content Creator / Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager role.
