Sales Executive – Filmify Weddings Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai
Filmify Weddings is looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are passionate about sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and inquiries
Connect with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and Google Meet
Understand client requirements and present suitable photography & videography packages
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into bookings
Maintain client records and update sales activities regularly
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client communication
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Email, and CRM tools
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
- Previous sales experience will be preferred
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Attractive Incentive Structure
High performers can earn an additional ₹15,000 – ₹20,000+ per month through incentives.
Working Schedule
9 Hours Working Per Day
Saturday & Sunday Working
One Weekly Off (Wednesday or any mutually approved weekday)
Public Holidays as per company holiday calendar
Work Mode
First 3 Months: Work From Office
After Successful Completion of 3 Months: Eligible for Work From Home based on performance and management approval
