Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can manage Upwork bidding, generate quality leads, and handle client interactions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
✔ Draft customized and compelling proposals based on client requirements
✔ Interact with clients to understand project scope and convert leads
✔ Generate and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
✔ Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships
✔ Prepare and maintain proper documentation of leads, proposals, and client interactions
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for requirement understanding and project execution
✔ Track and report bidding performance, responses, and conversions
Requirements:
✔ Experience in Upwork bidding / online bidding / lead generation
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
✔ Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
✔ Strong understanding of client requirements and project analysis
✔ Ability to multitask and manage client pipelines efficiently
✔ Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, Digital Marketing)
Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
