· Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and budgets.
· Participate in tendering process, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
· Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
· Prepare and review contract documents.
· Develop project cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
· Monitor and control project budgets.
· Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs.
· Track cost variations and recommend corrective actions.
· Interpret and administer contract terms and conditions.
· Handle contract correspondence and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
· Manage claims, disputes, and arbitration processes.
· Verify quantities and measurements as per drawings and site progress.
· Prepare and certify RA bills (Running Account Bills).
· Review and approve subcontractor bills.
· Ensure timely client billing and revenue realization.
· Evaluate variation orders and change requests.
· Prepare and negotiate claims for extensions of time (EOT) and cost escalation.
· Maintain proper documentation for all variations and claims.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on claim settlements.
· Assist in vendor prequalification and selection.
· Prepare tender documents and BOQs for subcontractors.
· Conduct commercial evaluation of vendor quotations.
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers/subcontractors.
· Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements.
· Track project profitability and cost performance.
· Report cost deviations and recommend improvements.
· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
· Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors.
· Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
· Attend project meetings and provide commercial inputs.
· Ensure alignment between site execution and commercial targets.
· Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company requirements.
· Identify financial and contractual risks.
· Implement cost control measures and best practices.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹51,843.12 per month
