Job Title - Business Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and manage key business relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, business development, and client management skills with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising and branding solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams for project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Advertising Industry
- Experience in advertising, branding, printing, media, or marketing agencies will be an added advantage
