- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound activities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely sales conversion
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
