Experience & Skills Required
- 5–8 years of total kitchen experience, with at least 2–3 years in cafés, bistros, cloud kitchens, or casual dining.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing café and continental cuisine, including:
- Pasta
- Pizza
- Burgers
- Sandwiches
- Breakfast menu
- Continental dishes
- Experience in leading, supervising, and training a team of 2–5 kitchen staff.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and wastage control.
- Hands-on experience in recipe standardization and implementation of kitchen SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards.
- Ability to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all menu items.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
