About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Video Editor with a strong eye for content and storytelling to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is proficient in industry-standard editing software, has hands-on experience with AI-powered generative tools, and can spot the moments and pacing that make a video genuinely engaging — not just technically clean.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong eye for content — able to spot compelling visuals, pacing, and storytelling moments that drive engagement
- Edit short-format (Reels, Shorts) and long-format videos (interviews, events, brand content); documentary editing is a plus
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or FCP (minimum 1 year experience)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for text-to-image and image-to-video generation
- Basic color grading and correction skills
- Collaborate with script writers, shoot teams, and project managers to understand client requirements and deliver on brief
- Add graphics, text overlays, and transitions using tools like Canva, Envato Elements
- Manage project files and multiple deliverables to meet deadlines
Good to Have:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics/VFX)
- Basic graphic designing skills
- Experience with long-format/documentary editing
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
