Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires continuous engagement with teams to ensure that the implementation activities align with the strategic goals of the function, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency throughout the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business function improvements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their development and integration within project activities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and shared understanding of project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within finance functions.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges during implementation phases.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
