Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) for field sales and merchant acquisition in Siwan, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local businesses, onboarding merchants, promoting digital payment solutions, and achieving daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit local shops and businesses to acquire new merchants. Complete merchant onboarding and required KYC processes. Promote and sell Soundbox/Speaker devices. Generate business for applicable loan products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain regular field visits and merchant relationships. Track and report field activities and sales performance. Requirements Previous experience in Sales, Field Sales, or BDE preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable with daily field travel. Experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, or Merchant Acquisition will be an advantage. Smartphone required. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field travel.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month Performance-based Incentives Conveyance/Travel Allowance
