About the role
We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Administrator (L2) to manage and support AD Servers, Group Policy, domain hardening, and patching. You will be a key member of the Windows infrastructure team, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of the domain environment around the clock.
Key responsibilities
- Manage directory infrastructure — FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos KDCs, replication topology
- Create and maintain top-level OU hierarchies, groups, GPOs, and security permissions
- Perform daily AD health checkups and day-to-day management of domain controllers
- Monitor connectivity, synchronization, replication, Net Logon, FSMO roles, DNS/SRV records, and trust relationships
- Review DC event and security logs and take corrective actions
- Perform backups and restores on domain controllers
- Handle AD migration from lower to higher versions
- Manage GPOs, DNS zones, and DHCP scopes
- Harden domain controllers and member servers using CIS benchmark policies
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
- Perform regular AD housekeeping activities

Qualifications
- B.E. / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Telecommunication
- B.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA (full-time from a reputed university)
- No gap in education — passing year for SSC, HSC, and Degree/Diploma must be mentioned
- Relevant certification preferred (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server)
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
