Event Planning & Coordination
- Meet Guest to understand event requirements (weddings, conferences, parties)
- Plan event flow, setup, menu coordination, and timelines
2. Operations Management
- Oversee banquet hall setup (seating, décor, audio-visuals)
- Ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish
3. Team Supervision
- Manage banquet staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
4. Guest Service
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction during events
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly
5. Revenue & Cost Control
- Achieve banquet sales targets and maximize revenue
- Monitor expenses, control wastage, and maintain profitability
6. Coordination with Sales Team
- Work closely with sales/marketing for bookings and event conversions
- Support in site visits and client presentations
7. Compliance & Standards
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards
- Ensure all operations follow company policies and local regulations
8. Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor banquet equipment, linen, and supplies
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,037.83 - ₹35,788.92 per month
