Role Overview:
Operations
- Assist in planning and executing birthday parties and corporate events.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth event setup and execution.
- Maintain event checklists and operational processes.
- Handle guest support during events.
- Help improve customer experience.
Growth
- Research potential corporate clients and schools.
- Generate leads through online and offline outreach.
- Support partnership and collaboration activities.
- Assist in CRM updates and follow-ups.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
