About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth on-site execution, adherence to approved designs, and timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities at construction/interior project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Enforce safety measures and quality standards.
- Resolve site-level issues and minor technical problems.
- Conduct regular inspections for site cleanliness and discipline.
- Track project timelines and ensure work completion as per schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or ITI Civil.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors).
- Strong ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
- Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools preferred.
