Job Title: New Car Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
The New Car Sales Consultant assists customers throughout the vehicle buying process, from greeting and understanding their needs to demonstrating vehicles, negotiating prices, and completing sales documentation. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting dealership sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and available models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare and present quotations and financing options.
- Negotiate prices within dealership guidelines.
- Complete all required sales paperwork accurately.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain vehicle features at handover.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of new models, promotions, and competitor vehicles.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain an organized showroom and display vehicles professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (sales or automotive qualifications are an advantage).
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Valid driver's licence (where required).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
