About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. The role primarily involves lead generation, cold calling, client outreach, and appointment setting. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and activities.
- Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
