Job Title: Fabric Inspection Quality Controller (Woven Fabric)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Fabric Inspection Quality Controller with experience in woven fabrics to ensure all incoming fabric meets buyer and company quality standards before production. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabric inspection, defect identification, and the 4-Point Fabric Inspection System.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming woven fabric rolls using the 4-Point Inspection System.
Identify weaving, dyeing, and finishing defects.
Check fabric width, GSM, roll length, shade, EPI/PPI, and other specifications.
Ensure fabric complies with buyer quality standards and approved specifications.
Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
Segregate approved, hold, and rejected fabric rolls.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to resolve fabric issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and support continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in woven fabric inspection or textile quality.
Knowledge of woven fabric defects and quality standards.
Experience using the 4-Point Fabric Inspection System.
Good attention to detail, reporting, and communication skills.
