About the Role:
We are looking for an aggressive, result-driven, and experienced Upwork Bidder / IT Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, browsing project postings on Upwork, crafting winning proposals, and converting clients for our software development and IT services.
Note: This is a Commission-Based role offering high commission percentages per closed deal/project, with massive earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Bidding: Actively monitor and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms matching our tech stack.
Proposal Writing: Write customized, compelling, and professional cover letters/proposals highlighting our technical expertise.
Lead Generation & Client Communication: Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their project requirements, and qualify leads.
Sales Conversion: Set up discovery calls, pitch our services effectively, and coordinate with our technical team to close deals.
Profile Management: Keep track of daily bidding metrics, response rates, and client conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Pre-Sales Executive, or IT Business Development Executive (BDE).
In-depth understanding of how Upwork algorithms, Connects, and client screening work.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of IT/Software development services (Web/App development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, etc.) to pitch effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission structure.
