Digital Marketing Executive cum Trainer

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and confident Digital Marketing Executive cum Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in social-media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, and digital-campaign management.
In this role, you will manage our online marketing activities, improve brand visibility and lead generation, and conduct practical training sessions for students, interns, or team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital-marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online channels.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social-media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, captions, posters, creatives, reels, and promotional content.
- Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Handle basic Google Ads and SEM activities, including campaign monitoring and keyword research.
- Conduct keyword research, track keyword rankings, and perform competitor and market research.
- Implement on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, and image optimization.
- Carry out basic off-page SEO activities, such as link building, directory submissions, and social bookmarking.
- Assist with technical SEO, including site audits, broken-link checks, and page-speed improvements.
- Support blog writing, website updates, SEO-focused content planning, and basic email-marketing activities.
- Track social-media performance, ad performance, website traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, and campaign results.
- Prepare weekly reports using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Maintain content calendars, campaign reports, and digital-marketing activity records.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for campaign execution.
- Support photography, video shooting, reel creation, and basic video editing.
Online Reputation & Customer Review Collection
- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to request Google reviews.
- Monitor and respond professionally to customer reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Help maintain a positive online rating and strengthen brand trust.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the marketing team.
Training Responsibilities
- Train students, interns, or team members in social-media marketing, Canva, content creation, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and basic digital-marketing strategies.
- Conduct practical sessions and guide trainees through assignments, campaigns, posts, keyword research, and live marketing projects.
- Stay updated on new digital-marketing trends, tools, and advertising policies.
Qualification, Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social-media marketing, SEO, or a related role.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social-media marketing.
- Understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic technical SEO.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, and content-planning tools.
- Basic video-editing skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good presentation and training skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Comfortable interacting with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Creative, self-motivated, quick learner, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently, collaborate with a team, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates from Malappuram, Calicut/Kozhikode, or nearby areas are preferred.
- Candidates with a portfolio, campaign results, SEO-ranking results, social-media work samples, or training experience will have an advantage.
