We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can help us build the demand engine behind Elephant Edge.
About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who understands how modern B2B buyers discover, evaluate, and trust companies.
You will own experiments across content, distribution, communities, outbound campaigns, SEO, LinkedIn, and growth channels to create qualified conversations with SaaS and AI founders.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and GTM teams to identify market opportunities, turn insights into campaigns, and build repeatable growth systems.
Your job is simple:
Find where our customers spend time, understand what they care about, and create reasons for them to talk to us.
What You’ll DoGrowth Strategy & Experiments
- Design and run growth experiments across different acquisition channels.
- Identify new channels to reach SaaS founders, AI founders, and revenue leaders.
- Build, measure, and optimize campaigns based on pipeline impact.
- Create growth loops instead of one-time marketing activities.
- Research competitors, market conversations, communities, and buyer behavior.
Content-Led Growth
- Turn GTM insights, founder conversations, sales learnings, and market research into campaigns.
- Build distribution strategies for thought leadership content, reports, playbooks, and newsletters.
- Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, community content, and sales assets.
- Find trending conversations across Reddit, LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, and communities.
Demand Generation
- Build campaigns targeting SaaS and Agentic AI companies expanding into the US.
- Create audience segments and personalized campaigns.
- Work with sales teams to improve conversion from awareness → conversations → opportunities.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value accounts.
- Experiment with outbound messaging and GTM narratives.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Build search strategies around SaaS GTM, US expansion, founder-led sales, outbound, and AI markets.
- Identify content opportunities through keyword research and audience research.
- Improve organic acquisition through blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs.
- Track rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Analytics & Optimization
- Own growth dashboards and performance reporting.
- Analyze website, content, campaign, and funnel performance.
- Find bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Measure what actually drives revenue, not vanity metrics.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Understand B2B buying journeys and long sales cycles.
- Have experience running experiments across content, SEO, email, LinkedIn, communities, or outbound.
- Can think like a strategist but execute like an operator.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and building things from zero.
- Know how to use AI tools to improve research, content, and workflows.
- Are curious about SaaS, AI, startups, and GTM.
