Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Mapping & Sales Executive responsible for site visits, client coordination, and pitching premium tiles and Kohler sanitary products to customers. The candidate should have basic knowledge of site measurements, tile applications, and sanitary fittings along with strong communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites for measurements and site mapping
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tile and sanitary solutions
- Pitch tiles and Kohler sanitary products to clients, architects, and contractors
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for project execution
- Prepare site measurement reports and layout details
- Assist clients in product selection as per site requirements
- Follow up with customers for project closure and order confirmation
- Coordinate with installation and dispatch teams
- Maintain records of site visits, client meetings, and project updates
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers
- Ensure professional communication and customer service during site visits
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of tiles and sanitaryware products
- Site measurement and mapping understanding
- Client handling and sales coordination skills
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Ability to travel for site visits
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma holder preferred
- Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, interiors, or construction industry preferred
Experience
- 1–2 years experience in sales, site coordination, or mapping preferred
