Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative E-commerce Executive with experience in the laminate industry to manage and enhance our online business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website powered by Shopify.
- Create, update, and enhance product listings for laminate products to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Handle product uploads, content management, pricing updates, and catalog maintenance across Shopify and other marketplaces such as Amazon and similar platforms.
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor website sales performance, customer behavior, and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, creatives, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth customer support and order management for a seamless online shopping experience.
- Manage website upgrades and platform enhancements as per business requirements.
- Stay updated with E-commerce trends, laminate industry developments, and best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
- Experience handling Amazon, Paytm, Zepto, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of product content management, website updates, and marketplace operations.
- Creative mindset with good understanding of digital presentation and online merchandising.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
