We Are Hiring – Telecaller Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle customer communication and provide excellent support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and attend inbound customer calls professionally.
- Inform customers about products, offers, and ongoing services.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order-related coordination.
- Maintain call records and update customer information accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Excellent communication in English, hindi, Punjabi and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette.
