IONOB Innovations LLP is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Client Support Executive to manage client onboarding, provide initial product training, and coordinate communication between clients and the overseas marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a professional approach towards client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct initial product/service training sessions for clients.
- Coordinate effectively with overseas marketing and sales teams regarding client requirements and updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and support phase.
- Assist clients with queries, product guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Coordinate internally with technical and operational teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and support activities.
- Prepare and share onboarding and support status reports when required.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with international clients and teams.

- Basic knowledge of customer support and onboarding processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer support, client onboarding, customer success, or coordination roles is preferred.
