About the Role
IMTS Institute is looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining systems in a professional EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Assist in system setup, software updates, and routine maintenance.
- Support users with email, internet, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and support documentation.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving basic connectivity issues.
- Follow IT security policies and support day-to-day IT operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
