Position: Field Sales Executive – Marketing & SalesAbout Company:
We are a manufacturing company dealing in a wide range of cleaning and hygiene products including toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, home cleaning solutions, and fragrance-related products. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence across Delhi NCR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit market areas, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and potential clients for product promotion and sales.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Promote and sell company products (approx. 72 product range including cleaning and fragrance items).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product distribution.
- Manage existing customers and collect regular feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the management.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales/marketing (FMCG preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of Delhi NCR market will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel and meet customers regularly.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Incentives + Travel Allowance
