Key Responsibilities
- Eco-Education & Guiding: Lead guided nature trails, bird-watching walks, forest bathing sessions, and village tours. Interpret the local flora, fauna, and ecosystem to guests.
- Activity Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage daily resort activities tailored to a wide range of guest demographics. Organize special evening presentations, campfire discussions, and cultural theme nights.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Educate guests on CGH Earth’s core principles of environmental conservation, waste management, and sustainable living.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with domestic and international guests, utilizing storytelling to make nature and local heritage engaging and accessible.
- Administrative & Safety Duties: Maintain activity logs, handle risk assessments for outdoor sessions, and ensure basic first aid and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Zoology, Botany, Forestry, Hospitality, or Tourism.
- Knowledge: Deep interest or prior knowledge of local birds, plants, and wildlife (with specialized knowledge of the Western Ghats/coastal ecosystems being a plus).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Passion for sustainability and outdoor activities.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in eco-tourism, hospitality activities coordination, or environmental education is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
