- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and execute structured, engaging lessons aligned with curriculum objectives, utilizing multimedia and varied teaching methodologies.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Administer tests, evaluate student progress, and grade assignments (such as essays and oral presentations) to provide constructive feedback.
- Individualized Instruction: Identify learners who require extra support or accelerated challenges, and adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning speeds and cultural backgrounds.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly, positive, and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages active participation.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance while respecting reporting deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Higher degrees are often preferred for collegiate or advanced roles.
- Certifications: Recognized teaching credentials such as TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), or CELTA are highly valued, especially in ESL environments.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native (B2-C1 or higher) command of the English language.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching English in a classroom, tutoring, or corporate training setting (typically 1–5 years depending on the level of instruction)
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities, alongside a high level of patience.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
