- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs
- Handle all types of maintenance work (minor to major breakdowns)
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate emergency and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize operational costs
- Collaborate with other departments for equipment upgrades and installations
- Analyze maintenance data to identify improvement areas
- Work on systems involving Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical Drives, and Panels
