- Schedule site visits, virtual meetings, and investment consultations
- Deliver project presentations and investment proposals
- Build long-term relationships with investors and buyers
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Proven experience in cold calling, investor acquisition, and deal closures
Experience handling HNI, NRI, and international clients
Experience selling luxury real estate projects with ticket sizes of ₹3 Crore and above
Strong understanding of investment-focused selling, ROI discussions, and wealth creation opportunities
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
