We Are Hiring: Hematology Lab Technician
A leading Diagnostic Laboratory is seeking a skilled and motivated Hematology Lab Technician to join our laboratory team.
Position: Hematology Lab Technician
Location : T.Nagar (Near Bus Depot)
Duty : Rotational Shift (Morning, Evening, General)
Preferred Local Candidate and Immediate Joiners
Salary : 16K to 25k (Negotiable)
Experience Required:
- 1 and Above years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory, preferably in hematology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine hematology investigations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain hematology analyzers.
- Prepare and process blood samples following standard laboratory procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
- Record and report test results accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Coordinate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure timely reporting.
Eligibility:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of hematology testing procedures and laboratory quality systems.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
