Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper/Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, stock movements, warehouse operations, and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate stock records, safe storage of products, timely dispatches, and smooth coordination with sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward stock movements and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and safety of warehouse items.
- Coordinate deliveries and dispatch activities with drivers and helpers.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Update inventory transactions in the ERP/inventory software.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams regarding stock availability, deliveries, and billing.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and submit regular stock reports.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/software systems.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations.
- Experience in furniture, retail, or similar industries is an advantage.
