## Key Responsibilities
### administration:
* Manage day-to-day office operations
* Maintain employee records and documentation
* Handle office supplies, vendors, and facilities
* Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules
* Ensure compliance with company policies
* Support HR in onboarding and offboarding employees
### Payroll:
* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
* Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records
* Calculate salaries, bonuses, and deductions
* Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS in India)
* Generate payslips and payroll reports
* Resolve payroll-related queries from employees

## Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in admin/payroll roles (can vary)

## Skills Required:
* Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software
* Attention to detail and confidentiality
* Time management and multitasking ability

## Preferred:
* Experience with HRMS tools (like Zoho, GreytHR, etc.)
* Understanding of Indian statutory compliance
