Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in Human Resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, driving talent acquisition initiatives, managing employee relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management strategies. The role requires strong expertise in handling senior and leadership-level recruitments while partnering closely with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, managerial, and leadership positions across the organization.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, consultants, and recruitment partners.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate leadership assessments.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and strategic hiring requirements.
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with department heads and senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership teams on talent, performance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and talent management programs.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR administration.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and employee documentation.
- Manage audits and statutory inspections related to HR and labor compliance.
Training & Organizational Development
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development initiatives.
- Support leadership development and employee capability-building programs.
- Drive organizational culture and change management initiatives.

Qualification
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or related field.
- Additional certifications in HR, Talent Management, or Labor Laws will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven track record in handling CXO, senior management, and leadership hiring.
- Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations in a growing organization.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
